We do not offer exchanges.
Returns are super easy but we ask that item(s) must be unworn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, body scents, body odors, makeup or distinct smells including perfume. We STRONGLY suggest trying your items when you have not worn any lotions, sprays, deodorants, oils, etc. We don't want to be the bearer of bad news but if item(s) have a bodily scent it will be rejected and returned. If your item is rejected, we can reship your item to you. You will be required to cover any costs involved in order to reship your order.
It must not be worn, altered, damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. All tags must be attached when returned.

1- Enter in your Order Number
2- Enter in your Email Address at the time of purchase
3- Follow refund and/or exchange prompts until completion
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If your return is rejected, you will be offered the opportunity to purchase a USPS mailing label to have your item returned to you.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
