🌏 How do you Roam Loud in your world?
I "Roam Loud” in my daily work with deep compassion as a Black therapist, dedicating myself to supporting children and adults in schools and private practice on their individual mental health journeys. As a yoga teacher, dancer, and model, I wholeheartedly share my passions to uplift others, creating welcoming spaces that nurture empowerment and body positivity. My sincere hope is to help people feel truly seen, valued, and supported, so they can Roam Loud as their authentic selves with confidence, strength, and self-love. Through every role I take on, I strive to make a meaningful and healing impact in the lives of our community!

🌎 How do you Roam Loud in your world?
I Roam Loud by staying active and pushing myself beyond my limits. I play flag football and work out regularly, focusing on speed and strength training to stay strong and disciplined. As a former sprinter, I still hit the track for speed drills and strength-focused workouts to fuel my competitive drive. Recently, I joined a kickball league after recovering from a torn Achilles, and it feels great to be back in the game. Staying active energizes me, and allows me to live authentically at every stage of my fitness journey
