Lost or Stolen Package Policy
We know how frustrating it can be when a package goes missing. If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered, but you haven’t received it, we’re here to help.
What to Do if Your Package is Missing

Check Nearby Areas
- Look around your home, including all exterior doors, porches, back patios, garages, and any areas where the package may have been placed for protection.
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management to see if they may have picked it up for you.

Wait 24 Hours

- Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early. We recommend waiting 24 hours to see if it arrives.

Still Can’t Find It? File a Claim
- If the package is still missing after 24 hours, you can file a claim with UPS at ups.com or email us at support@roamloud.com so we can assist with the process.

Investigation & Next Steps
- Once a claim is filed, UPS will investigate to determine if the package was delivered.
- If UPS confirms delivery, we are unable to replace or refund the order.
- If UPS determines the package is lost, we will reship your order. If the items are no longer in stock, we will issue a refund for the unavailable items.

Resolution Timeframe
- Please allow 7 to 10 days for UPS to complete their investigation. Our support team will keep you updated throughout the process.
Additional Information
- Wanderer (Customer) Responsibility: Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, Roam Loud is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages..
- Returned Packages: If an unclaimed package is returned to us, we will charge a shipping fee to reship.
- Weather Delays: Roam Loud is not responsible for shipping delays due to severe weather or natural disasters.
