To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item MUST be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. Return in original packaging, if possible. All tags and packaging slip should be included.
Item(s) MUST be unworn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, makeup or distinct smells including perfume. We STRONGLY suggest trying your items when you have not worn any lotions, deodorants, oils, etc. We will reject a return if we detect body scents, deodorant stains, worn marks, animal hairs and the item will be returned back to you. You will responsible for re-shipping costs.
Original shipping costs are not refunded.
If your tracking number states your package has been delivered but you cannot find it UPS states you can file a claim 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. Visit ups.com
Before filing a claim, be sure you’ve checked all exterior doors and other locations where the package could be placed, including the porch, back patio, garage, and any area out of potential weather hazards. You should also check with anyone who might have retrieved the package. If you’re still unable to locate the package please file a claim at ups.com.
Once a claim has been filed, UPS will investigate if the item was indeed delivered. Based on their investigation, if they report that the item was delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We can provide assistance if UPS reports item is lost or was not delivered.
The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking has been issued. If an unclaimed package has been returned back to us, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs to mail the package out again. Roam Loud is not responsible for packages that are delayed due to weather such as a natural catastrophic event.
