Our Moderate Intensity Collection is ideal for moderate exercise or movement. This is where you're at 50 to 70 percent of your maximum heart rate. (You can comfortably chat, but you can't sing any more than a few words without running out of breath.) Some moderate exercise are Jogging, Cycling, Recreational Bad Minton, Tennis Doubles, and even carrying older (or heavier) children.
