And we’re looking for leaders to help bring it to life.
This isn’t about being the fastest runner or the most experienced hiker. It’s about creating a space where people feel seen, safe, and supported outdoors.

As a Roam Loud City Leader, you’ll help shape that experience in your community.

This is a paid leadership role, and City Leaders will also receive:

What You’ll Do
Each month, you’ll:
• Host one community walk, hike, or run
• Set the tone with a welcoming introduction
• Guide the group at a conversational, accessible pace
• Ensure waiver completion and safety standards
• Capture a few photos to share the experience
• Help build steady momentum in your city
You’re not doing this alone. We provide onboarding, structure, and support every step of the way.
